  • To filling 
    – Heat 1 tbsp. oil. Capsicum and French beans for 2 minutes.
    – Add Maggi noodles.
    – Add water and allow the mixture to boil. Add flavor maker.
    Add ginger chilli paste, chaat masala, 1 and 1/2 tbsp. Tomato ketchup, chopped cabbage and spring onion. Add salt as per taste and mix well.
  • For making Roll 
    – Take a spring roll sheet. Spread the noodles mixture on top of the sheets.
    – Make hard rolls covering the noodle mixture completely. Fix the edges of the rolls with plain flour paste and deep fry the rolls.
    – When slightly cooled, cut the rolls into pieces.
    – Serve with a mixture of capsico and tabsa sauce.

  4. 1/2 onion (chopped)
  5. 1/2 tbsp salt

  8. 1/4 cup peas
  9. 2 testmakers

  • Take pan and add oil
  •  Add chopped ginger and green chillies
  •  Fry it for one minute on medium to high heat
  •  After one minute, add onion and fry for a minute or two
  • Add salt, bell pepper (you can also add green bell pepper), tomatoes 
  • Add 1 cup of water and peas and bay leaves
  • Add noodles
  • Cook a few minutes

  3. 2 tbsp gram flour (besan)

  •  Make cutlets and coat them with bread crumbs
  • Add oil to a pan and place your cutlets; Shallow Fry 

5.Spicy chicken noodles

  1. 1 pack Maggie Hungroo
  2. chopped garlic
  3. Chopped Onion (1 1/2)
  4. 1/2 lemon juice
  5. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  6. 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  7. 1/2 kg boneless chicken (cut into small cubes)
  8. 1 teaspoon sugar
  9. 2 tablespoons oil
Methods
  • Take chicken in bowl, add chili powder, turmeric powder and lemon juice
  • Add sweet potato and little sugar 
  • Pour oil in a pan, add garlic, fry for a few seconds and add chopped onion and fry for 1-2 minutes
  • Add chicken and let it cook for 10 minutes
  •  Add more salt if you want
  •  Add zucchini maggi noodles to the pan
  •  Mix, cook and serve
